A special highlight are the monthly masterclass barbecue courses that our meat sommelier organizes together with Motorworld Metzingen. In an exclusive atmosphere, participants experience high-quality meat specialties, professional grilling techniques and at the same time gain in-depth knowledge about the origin, maturing, cuts and quality of meat – taught directly from the perspective of real butchers.
