On the plot of land where Jörgen Skafte Rasmussen began building the first DKW automobiles in January 1928, a very special place is being built again almost 100 years later.
The development of the unique location in the metropolis of Berlin began back in 2015. In the midst of nature, nestled in a peninsula and with direct waterfront location, it is hard to imagine on site that you are in the middle of the urban area of the largest city in Germany.

The first construction phase has already been completed and combines the special charm of the remaining historic industrial buildings with the functionality of customized brand locations. Four new houses have already been occupied, and five more are being built on the total site of over 40,000 m², as well as a hotel made of maritime containers and an extraordinary event hall – completion is scheduled for summer 2024.
