On the plot of land where Jörgen Skafte Rasmussen began building the first DKW automobiles in January 1928, a very special place is being built again almost 100 years later.
The development of the unique location in the metropolis of Berlin began back in 2015. In the midst of nature, nestled in a peninsula and with direct waterfront location, it is hard to imagine on site that you are in the middle of the urban area of the largest city in Germany.
