With *RAPUNZEL – The New Musical*, the beloved fairy-tale classic will be brought to life anew in 2027 and celebrate its glamorous world premiere. The magic of a classic retold

The timeless story of Rapunzel, her magical hair and the tower far from the world, based on the Brothers Grimm, is told with new, surprising twists and turns and musically reinterpreted with a rousing soundtrack by the award-winning author duo Marc Schubring (“Emil und die Detektive” and “Gefährliche Liebschaften”) and Kevin Schroeder (“Fack Ju Göhte”, German translator of “Hercules” and “Hamilton”, among others).

The spectacular production by renowned director and co-author Christoph Drewitz (“Ku’Damm 56”) transports the audience into a magical world brought to life by breathtaking sets, colorful costumes and imaginative hairstyles.
